It's hard to describe Matthew, other than to say he's the only one crazy enough to go on virtually any fishing trip we can concoct, and to bring it to an extreme level. Whether it's cliff climbing in a gorge, swimming in the trout stream on New Year's Day, cooking hot dogs over an open flame for a streamside lunch, or biking 12 miles through steep terrain through a rain forest, Matthew is always up to the challenge and then some. He's young and bulletproof, which helps us old timers out on the more rugged trips.
